Rooibos Tea as Health Supplement

Rooibos tea is clearly an extremely healthy drink choice because of its high levels of antioxidants, and part of the reason it has so many is due to the tea's wide variety of important minerals. There are so many minerals in rooibos tea that drinking a few cups each day can act as the perfect health supplement for your regular diet. And because it's all natural, you will never have to worry about drinking as much as you would like.

Minerals in Rooibos Tea

A good herbal health supplement often has many different types of minerals in each dose, in order to ensure the proper functioning of our body. While the amount of these minerals may vary depending on the way the tea leaves were harvested, oxidized and fermented, almost all rooibos teas will have these minerals:
